AI architect for interior designers.
Creativity is the reason you started. Now it waits in line behind everything else.
Lets change that.
Maybe it's the day-to-day running of your studio that's taking up all your time. Everyone needing something from you and a to-do list that somehow gets longer no matter how much you do.
Or maybe it's your projects. A hundred moving parts, decisions buried in emails, information scattered everywhere and that constant feeling that something important is slipping through the cracks.
The Business Hub runs the studio. The Project Hub runs the projects.
You choose where we start… choose the one taking up the most space in your head.
You're doing the work of four people, and calling it being behind.
Same firefight, different project, every single week.
Your head is full of things to remember, people to chase and decisions to make. Even when you finally sit down to design, half your brain is still somewhere else.
The invisible hours that add up across projects mean you’re losing entire days to work you never planned for, let alone charged for. And all those hours are coming straight out of your profit.
We obsess over winning projects, but rarely give the same attention to delivering them profitably. The design itself is predictable. It's everything surrounding it that eats the hours and the margin.
You've already had the conversations, made the decisions, answered the questions but somehow, you're still spending hours piecing it all back together every time someone needs something.
It’s the hours lost doing the same work twice. That's where we start.
If someone had told us 5 years ago, we could have a whole team of assistants, each trained to do a different job, working away in the background, doing things exactly how we'd do them, without another salary to pay, we'd have bitten their hand off.
Well, now we can.
And yet most people are still using AI like Google on steroids, barely scratching the surface of what it's capable of.
The really exciting part isn't that AI can write an email or summarise a meeting. It's that we can build entire systems around the way you run your studio. Systems that know your business, remember what's happened, keep track of what's outstanding and take care of the work that never needed your creative brain in the first place.
And you have an unfair advantage.
You have impeccable taste. And taste is the magic ingredient.
Give an assistant your knowledge, your judgement, your standards and the way you like things done, and she might just be the best hire you've ever made

The In-Person Build Day
£1,850 | one day, in person, at your studio
A team of assistants for the running of your studio, and one place to see all of it.
I come to your studio for the day, sit at your desk, open your inbox and Drive, and build around what's really in there. Nothing for you to finish later. By the time I leave, it's up and running.
Your inbox assistant who reads what came in, drafts your replies (trained on your voice), chases whoever's gone quiet and hands you the short list of what actually needs you.
Your document filer who files every quote, invoice and drawing named and filed in the right project folder, so you can find anything in ten seconds.
Your meeting notes assistant who captures each call, produces your branded meeting doc with every decision and action pulled out, drafts the follow up emails and then filed.
Your weekly client updates drafted from the week's emails and meeting notes, waiting in your drafts before 9am on a Friday. You read, add your own warmth and, send.
Your business hub pulls together everything your assistants do, together on one screen on your desktop and in an app on your phone. What's live, what's waiting, on who, what's due this week, whats open, whats closed. You know where you're at without opening a thing.
You make your investment back in less than 2 weeks.

The Project Hub
£1,200 for your first project
£400 to £600 for each one after, depending on project stage
If you could design your own project management software, you’d put everything in one place and build it around how you actually run a job. This is that.
Every email, every meeting note, every decision on one project, in one place. Then you just ask it a question.
A custom app built around one project that reads every email, every meeting note (design, internal and site), keeps a record of every order, request and decision. Ask it "when did we sign off the handles" and it tells you the date, the meeting and the exact email it came from. If it isn't in the record, it says so.
Your client gets their own door. They open it and see the week's progress, what's been decided, what's next and the two things you need from them.
And the best part. Theres nothing for you to feed. It fills itself from the emails, meetings and notes the project already produces….all done on auto.
Start with the project taking up the most room in your head and add the next when you're ready. A project at concept stage has a few weeks of emails to read. One mid-build has a year of decisions to catch up on, which takes more time. Theres never a stage too early or too late. This hub is truly life changing for Interior Designers.
Your investment pays for itself within 2 weeks. Across the project, the amount of time saved is unquantifiable

The AI Basics Power Hour
£64.00 per hour
one hour, one problem
Most designers use AI like a posh Google. Ask a question, copy the answer and close the tab.
In one hour, we set your Claude up together so it knows your studio, reads your files, and does the actual work for you.
When it’s connected to your tools you get to ask "what did the joiner say about the delivery date" and it goes and finds the email and tells you everything you need to know.
We set up a custom Claude project for each one of your design projects. The brief, the drawings, the schedule, the emails and your client notes in one place, so every conversation about that project starts already knowing it. You stop pasting the same background in every single time.
Ask for the procurement tracker as a spreadsheet, the client update as a Word doc or the fee letter as a PDF, and it creates the file.
The voice note you leave in the car after a site visit becomes the follow-up email, waiting in your drafts, before you're home.
The basics are powerful enough to change your entire week and you leave knowing how to use it all by yourself. And of course, i’m always on hand for you if you need me.
You make your investment back the same day.
A workflow that needed babysitting. A tool that did half of what it promised. A hire you trained for months who left before you ever saw a return. Every one of them had you asking the same question. Will this actually work, or is it time and money I don’t get back?
This is the first time the answer is yes before you even start. Not because I’m confident, although I am. But because it’s built entirely around you. Your business, your voice, your beliefs, the way you actually work.
She is you, deployed.
A version of you to deal with the parts that drain you.
The old tools were built for everyone. This one is built for one person, so it fits you and only you.
I know you’re sceptical because you’ve tried it all before.
Why work with me?
I don't coach this from the outside. I'm not a tech person who reads about your world. I live in it with you.
I still run the backend operations inside interior design studios. Five years, multiple clients, three countries. FF&E schedules, procurement, deliveries, site installs, meeting notes, follow-ups.
For five years, nearly every single day, I said there must be a better way.
Now there is.
Something powerful that you do not understand just sits there.
So I install it with you and make sure you understand how it all works.
This is the most important part, and honestly the biggest bonus. You don’t just walk away with a team of agents. You walk away understanding AI, in your own studio, on your own terms. That is a head start most designers will not have for years.
And yes, I know you're already using AI in a chat window, but that’s not a system. You need it working without you, so you can finally hand over everything that does not need you.
Building it properly is out of reach for most designers, because of the time it takes. And you'll put it off until you're so far behind it feels impossible to start. Please do not do that.
This only gets more advanced from here. Now is the time, while it's still this simple.
FAQ
-
Never. It drafts, you approve, you send. Your judgement and your relationships stay yours.
-
No. I build every bit, install it with you, and hand you a visual guide to answer any questions.
-
You do not have to. I did the 60 hours so you don't have to.
-
I customise systems based on your existing workflow and the tools you already use (or recommend better alternatives if needed). This can include project management tools, client communication platforms, and automations to streamline your operations.
-
There’s almost nothing to maintain. It runs on its own. And because we set it up together, you already know how to tweak it, pause it, or run it by hand whenever you like. If you ever want me to keep an eye on it or build on it, that's easy to arrange.
LET’S GET STARTED
Book an appointment.
You’ve run this on your own for long enough.
Let me help you learn this. We both know it’s not going anywhere.
I’ve designed each service so little of what happens next is actually on you.
All you do is book one call and I will guide you through the rest.
It will never be simpler to begin than it is right now.
So book the call. I’ll show you exactly where to start, and for the first time in years, your studio will stop running through you.
